Last week we saw God’s faithfulness towards the Israelites as they wandered in the desert, but this week, we are going to see them experience His wrath. In their wanderings, the nation of Israel slipped into a pattern of rebellion and grumbling, testing the Lord multiple times with their disobedience. Though our God is faithful, He is also just, and injustice demands that He take action when we do wrong. How is God’s glory shown even in His wrath? What does it mean that God is just? Why is it so important to understand this aspect of God?
