Have you ever felt unheard or unseen by others? It didn’t feel too great, did it? Even more painful, have you ever felt this way in your relationship with God? That would be a devastating feeling. This week, we’re looking at the story of a woman who felt completely unvalued, unseen, and unloved in her life. God, however, found her in her misery and was the One who saw her completely, inside and out. What does it mean that our God is “the God who sees”? Why can we rest in the knowledge that we are seen in the way that only God can see? How does this fact shape our understanding of Him?
