Baptism

We’re kicking off a new series as we prepare for Easter by studying the Gospel of Luke. Baptism is one of the first things Luke talks about, taking time to give a detailed description of the baptism of Jesus. There are examples of baptism all throughout Scripture, where people chose to identify with Jesus Christ and follow Him, forsaking all others. This public declaration is a vivid symbol of a changed life, and we at Centerpoint Church love to help people come to a place of readiness for that next step. What is baptism, and why do we do it?
