We’re talking about human sexuality this week. A sensitive topic, but it is crucial that we know what Scripture teaches us about this rather than what the world would have us believe. Sexual immorality has always been around in some form, morphing from one perversion to another, and today it encompasses so much more than we might realize. Our bodies are meant to glorify God, so what we choose to do with them matters on every level and we need a solid understanding of what the Bible teaches us about this. How does sexual immorality threaten to change our views and understanding of the world? What parameters has God put in place for us? Why shouldn’t we just do whatever we like? Be vigilant! Just because culture has normalized sin does not mean that we have to embrace it. Join us as we learn how to focus on God-given parameters rather than man-made ones, and see how through God we find joy, satisfaction, health, and unity as we continue our series.
