We Can’t Do Church Without U!

We’re kicking off a new series this week by discussing ministry, and the various ways that we’ve been called to it. When it comes to ministry and service, we’re able to take our sample from the ultimate servant: Jesus; He has set us an example of how to treat not only the other people that we will come across in life, but the church itself as well. We were not created to just sit by and watch ministry happen! We are designed and commissioned to do the work of God here on earth, good works in order to better show His glory. Taking a closer look at Scripture, we are able to either kindle or rejuvenate the spark of service within ourselves, and go forth with a bold desire to help shape our church. What are some of the many forms that can ministry look like? How do we know where to begin when it comes to service? Where do we look for guidance?
