Godliness

As we continue our series, we’re looking at the next step needed in order to add to our faith: godliness. No doubt, many of us feel that godliness is a goal that we simply cannot achieve, but the Apostle Peter charges us with growth in this area nonetheless. Our ability to grow in godliness begins with reverence, which is a holy respect. When we can genuinely have a reverence for the things of God, we are adding aspects of godliness to our faith. Why are we called to be godly? What does godliness look like? How can we demonstrate godliness in our faith? We are called to add godliness to our faith because it is something that we all can do!
