The Church in Thyatira

This week we’re looking at the church in Thyatira. The culture they were living in had led them into a dangerous state of compromise, tolerating the sin of idolatry despite knowing better. Are we ourselves guilty of the same thing today? How do we recognize and avoid this perilous form of compromise? Idolatry is still very real and a common practice today, but can be difficult to recognize.
